Times to post per week

We are required to post a minimum of 3 times per week on chemistry community, correct?

Correct! The cutoff time for each week is Sunday at 11:59pm.

3 points a week can be given for online discussion, so you have to post at least 3 times a week in order to get full points.

Yes 3 a week, and they don't rollover so you can't make up points.
