HW for week 2 disc

so i know the hw for this week is on ch 8. but for wk 2 do we answer ch 9 questions? or just the stuff that prof lavelle lectured on?

You can choose any problems! The only requirement is that you do 7 questions per week.

You get to choose what problems you would like to do as long as it is a recent topic we have gone over. So you can choose to submit chapter 8 or chapter 9 problems next week. However, make sure to remember that you have to turn in 14 problems next week as opposed to the usual 7!

Yes, all you have to do is basically choose any problems to turn into your discussion section, but because this is week 1 and the first discussion sections start on Tuesday, it wouldn't give enough time and exposure to what we have learned so we have to turn in 14 problems to our discussion section that cover both weeks 1 and 2. (Any problems of your own choice)

On the syllabus, it says that you should answer questions related to the material that's been covered in class, so if the lectures cover chapter 9 next week, you can choose to do the questions in that chapter.

I would do the homework problems related to what we have discussed in lecture so far which has just been material from chapter 8.
