test 2

Postby Madeline Lequang 1G » Tue Oct 23, 2018 9:54 am

Will test 2 also include stuff that we were tested on in test 1?

Probably not, but there will always be some basic things that you have to know, like what a mole is and stuff like that.

Prof. Lavelle also has the outline for the test on his website so you can see everything that will be covered in test 2.

No it should just be stuff covered in the quantum world outline. I think this is a pretty good list of most of the stuff you should know: https://lavelle.chem.ucla.edu/wp-conten ... _World.pdf

Test 2 is not technically on the material from the first unit but you still need to know how to covert within units and such. He does provide a really good outline explaining what will be on the test though on his Chem 14A website so check it out.

Materials that should only be in test 1 [i.e. not related to the quantum world section] will not be on but the test is still kind of cumulative in a way that you would need to apply some knowledge from test 1 to be able to fully do test 2.
