Re: Partial Credit
My hope is we will do the work ourselves and then submit it as a PDF electronically so it can be graded for partial credit.

Yes, I hope so too! Since Dr. Lavelle is giving us so much extra time (1-2 hours) and advising us to use technology at the library, I hope this means we will be allowed to submit a scan of our work. Maybe the test will have multiple options in case some students don't have scanner/printer access? I just emailed my TA regarding this matter, so I will get back to you both if I hear anything new. In the meantime good luck :)

If you have an iphone i know you can scan a document through the notes app, but unfortunately i do not know how to scan from your specific printer since they are all different.

There are also a lot of apps you can download to scan with your phone not just notes.

As some people have said, you shouldn't need a printer after you print out the final (if that's how they have us do it). You can then use an app such as "Scannable" that allows you to scan pictures together as a PDF then upload.

Usually you'd just have to put your documents under the scanning part of the printer which is the part where you can open and close the printer and just press the scan function on it and it should either be sent to your desktop files or if specified by the printer, to your email. I'm not too sure but I'm sure there are videos online that can help out.
