Postby ayushibanerjee06 » Mon Mar 16, 2020 11:26 am

Does anyone know approximately when we will know what our final grades will be released?

I was also wondering this as well since the final was multiple choice and I thought we would get our score right away. I think Lavelle probably has to look over grades and chemistry community to assign grades before he makes them public for everyone.

My TA said that she still has to input all of our homework grades, but I'm sure they should be out by around next weekend, like last time. However, due to the circumstances, I'm not sure when exactly they will be posted.

In addition to being able to see our grades, does anyone also know if we will be able to review our answers? I would like to see the questions I got wrong.

How will we be able to see these? Is he releasing the final exams online?

We'll be able to see specifically what we missed because we took the test on CCLE. It was all multiple choice so there must be a master key which I hope they make available to us. In addition, I'm sure he'll upload a step by step solution key just like he did for the midterm.

Does this class have a curve at the end?

I would like to see this happen as well, just to have some closure and know what I did wrong.

I think he'll post final grades this Thursday because he said he would post Chemistry Community grades on Thursday.

there usually is, but I don't know if there will be one this time since the final was online.

The only curve policy I know is the C- for anyone with a 50% or higher. I'm not sure if there is any curve for the entire class as far as I know.

It would be great to be able to see what questions we did wrong on the final.
