Returning to Campus Concerns

I'm an off-campus, commuting student and live about an hour and a half away from campus. The requirements for coming back to campus are extremely difficult for me to complete because of my status, so I was wondering if there's any way I can still attend the class remotely? Thanks so much!

I have to discuss this next week with my Department (Chair's Office) and the College (Dean's Office).
I will try, but UCLA Admin makes the final decision.
