Midterm 1 Content
I know that midterm 1 is on Feb. 2nd. But what will be tested? Did Doc. Lavelle say anything related during the lectures?

Re: Midterm 1 Content
I believe he will send a more specific email as to what will be on the exam about a week before the exam date, but I'm assuming we will be tested on everything he went over in lectures from the first lecture on Chemical Equilibrium to what we are currently going over.

He has not said anything specific yet, but I am sure that a detailed email will be sent out beforehand letting us know what we'll be tested on. My guess is that we will be tested on content from week 1 up until the end of this week.

he has a specific outline going over the topics for weeks 1-3 and i found it very helpful to do the problems in the textbook online (answerss are provided on the textbook) last quarter to help get a better grasp of midterm content problems.

Re: Midterm 1 Content
There should be an exam page of Doctor Lavelle's website that details midterm informayion, but the first midterm should cover all of outlines 1 to 3.

Re: Midterm 1 Content
Like the previous posts, the midterm 1 pdf has information on what topics will be covered on the exam. The topics include Chemical Equilibrium, Acid and Bases Equilibria, Thermochemistry, and the first law of thermodynamics.
