H3PO4 is a polyprotic acid, so it will have three deprotonations where it gives up H+. Ka2 is the acidity constant for the second deprotonation, so you have to use H2PO4- (it lost H+ in the first deprotonation, it may be helpful to write this reaction out too) and have it react with water, donating one H+ to form H3O+ and HPO42-. You can then find the expression for Ka2 from this reaction.
