You might be able to get a copy of previous years' midterm from the test bank at the Student Activities Center.

Re: Midterm
Unless Dr. Lavelle states so, I do not think that there will be an official practice midterm posted. However, the test bank is a useful resource to see what types of problems will be on the homework. I also think that the types of questions we see on the homework should be indicative of the types of questions that will be on the midterm.

Re: Midterm
Review sessions dedicated to the midterm might have helpful worksheets which replicate problems we can expect on the midterm but other than that, Sapling learning, textbook problems and online module post assessments are the best resources for practice.
Re: Midterm
i'm pretty sure that Dr. Lavelle does not have any past exams in the test bank, but going to the midterm review sessions that he has set up help drastically with understanding concepts or for practicing problems.

hopefully Lyndon, the UA will make us a practice midterm :/...
The one he made for 14A last quarter was really helpful and I really appreciated it :).

Re: Midterm
Lavelle does not make practice midterms he just makes a lot of review sessions for us to attend. however, Lyndon's review sessions have worksheets that are practically practice midterms. The worksheet does not cover everything, but, they are very helpful.
Re: Midterm
Does anyone know if all the thermochemistry and thermodynamic equations will be supplied on the midterm?

Dr. Lavelle is usually really nice about the equations and provides everything you would need. I'm pretty sure he uses the same equation sheet for all the tests so you can take a look at test 1. Also, I found this on his website, it should give you a good idea of the equations you will need for the test.

The UAs made a practice midterm for us this quarter. Search up Pizza Rolls and you should find it.

Re: Midterm
There are many review sessions for the midterm. The one on Sunday should cover everything with practice problems.

the pizza rolls worksheet has the same concepts and questions that will be on the midterm but it is not formatted the same way as the midterm.

I believe it will be pretty close since they are going to be past midterm exam questions.
