kB 2/6 lecture

Postby Olivia Dalton 2I » Mon Feb 06, 2023 10:13 pm

Hi All,

Today in lecture, the professor was mentioning kB in reference to the equations that were defined in class. Is this the same as Kb as in the equilibrium constant of a base?

As I discussed in class, kB is Boltzmann's constant.
I also used it in class in a calculation and gave the units.
