Achieve Question #2

Hi! I was having problems solving the second part to the achieve #2 problem, It keeps saying its wrong, but im not sure what I am doing wrong. Any advice would help, thank you!

Remeber to put the number of remaining electrons on the elements, like oxygen needs to have 4-6 electrons on the sides that are not being shared. Then determine the formal charge of each electron, and add them to the individual elements, there are two oxygens that each have a -1 charge btw.
