Chirality center on cholesterol

Question: Where are the chiral centers on cholesterol? The solutions manual says there is a chiral center at the carbon attached to OH. Doesn't that only have 3 different substituents though?

Answer: The H is not shown but it is there. The H in most structures are not shown, but they should be assumed to be
