Electronic Configurations

Postby 406025813 » Sat Dec 09, 2023 6:02 pm

I understand that the configuration of the Al is 1s2, 2s2, 2p6, 3s2,3p, is there something wrong with my configuration?

That looks right to me! As long as you know the last level, 3p is 3p1

Nothing wrong with the configuration it’s just not a full 3p it’s 3p1
