Midterm Formulas

Postby Samantha Silva 1F » Wed Feb 13, 2019 4:04 pm

Can someone remind me which formulas will not be provided on the midterm? Thanks.

I can't really say everything that won't be given on the midterm but this is all the equations and constants he will give us, plus he said to give us constants specific to the problems. You might have to use variations of these equations but hope this helps!

He recently updated the given equations/constants page on the website, I assume that is what he is giving us for the test today. I suggest taking a look and to see if there are any you should remind yourself of. I noticed that the delta S vaporization and delta S fusion equations are not given to us- hopefully we will not need them on the MT, but you never know.

Everything on the constants and equations sheet will be provided. I don't think EVERY formula is on that, so be sure to know them all.

Most formulas were provided on the midterm. I feel that even those that were not provided could have been figured out based off the ones given too us.

Most of the formulas that are not provided can be derived from the ones given.
