Re: # of chem posts
Also, make sure you have 5 posts/week. The chem posts don't carry over week by week if you have more than 5. You can check the specifics by clicking the 3 bars next to quick links and clicking "Your posts." There, you can check when you posted by clicking on the particular topic and searching for your name and the time.

Re: # of chem posts
Multiply the week of school we are in by 5 and you should get the number of total chem community posts we need by the end of the week! We're in week 7 so we need at least 35 posts by Sunday night :)

You should have 35! I think the five posts for each week are due at midnight on Sunday of that week!

Hi! You should have at least 35 posts by Sunday midnight. We are required to post a minimum of 5 each week, so the number of posts over 5 do not carry over to the next week's requirement. You can check how many posts you have by clicking the "Quick links" icon on the top left and then going to "Your posts". Once you are there, there will be a number on the top right showing the cumulative number of posts. I hope this helps!

Re: # of chem posts
hi so does this mean that if we missed a couple of posts some weeks, we cannot make them up by posting more in following weeks ?

Unfortunately I don't think you can make those points up because Dr. Lavelle said that there must be a minimum of 5 posts per week to get the full points for that week.

Is there a way you can check weekly posts by itself because many of the old posts move up on the yourposts tabs bc more people continue to comment on them, pushing some of my posts from earlier in the week down.

If you go to one of your posts, to the side it will show "Posts: __ " below your name. If you click the number, it lists your posts based on the time it was posted with the most recent ones first.

35 posts overall, but also make sure that you have 5 per week! I think they count to make sure how many you have per week as opposed to the total number.

Re: # of chem posts
We need 35 posts by tonight at midnight. Each week has a requirement of 5 posts, so 40 next week, then 45 for week 9, and finally 50 by week 10.
Re: # of chem posts
you need 35 by midnight today, and then 5 more for every week after. you should have 50 by the end of the quarter so you can get all the 50 points available

As mentioned before you should have 35 posts and 50 by the end of the quarter. Make sure to check the dates to see how often you've been posting per week.

By today, we should have 35 posts and 50 by the end of the quarter since we have to post five posts each week.

If we missed a week can we make extra posts in the next week to make up for it?

Do general questions and jokes count? Or strictly chemistry material?

By now, you can check your grades on CCLE if you have 35 points to make sure that you have been on track.

Re: # of chem posts
I heard from others that it would depend on the leniency of your TA, but I'm honestly not quite sure.

Re: # of chem posts
You should have a minimum of 5 chemistry community posts per week, but if you have extenuating circumstances or simply forgot, I would reach out to your TA to see what’s acceptable.
