"Final covers all material (approximately weighted to the amount of time covered in the syllabus). Quantum was the biggest section. Questions will come from the textbook homework listed in the syllabus."

Yes it is. It will have topics from both midterms and what we learned after midterm 2.

Yes, make sure to pay the most attention to Quantum mechanics and fundamentals though! Very important section on the test and it’s help to know which equations to use right off the bat.

the final was cummulative, it included everything from week 1 to 10 unfortunately

Yes, though I am sure if you did fine on the midterm then just go over the new material and you should be fine.
