Textbook Questions on the Final
In Dr. Lavelle's Final announcement, he states, "Final covers all material (approximately weighted to the amount of time covered in the syllabus). Quantum was the biggest section. Questions will come from the textbook homework listed in the syllabus."
Does this mean that all of the questions on the final will come from the textbook homework, or will only some of them appear on the final like our exams before?

Re: Textbook Questions on the Final
I believe the format will be similar to our previous exams, so only some of the test questions will be pulled from the homework.

I agree with Vincent. I think only some of the questions will be from the textbook and most are going to be testing us on concepts.

Re: Textbook Questions on the Final
I believe the final will follow a similar format as our previous midterms. As such, there will probably be a mixture of questions from the textbooks as well as conceptual questions that test our understanding.

It will most likely follow a similar format to the previous midterms

Re: Textbook Questions on the Final
I doubt every single question will be from the textbook but I would assume a decent chunk of them will be.

Re: Textbook Questions on the Final
I think the format will mirror that of the previous midterms, but being comfortable with textbook problems is definitely a good idea!
Re: Textbook Questions on the Final
If you complete all textbook questions and sapling I think you will be in a good place. Generally, they will probably take similar questions with different values/compounds.

I'm sure some questions will be formatted like the textbook questions but not all of them.

Re: Textbook Questions on the Final
There will most likely be a fair amount from the textbook, even more from the topics that we covered the longest.

Re: Textbook Questions on the Final
Most likely the tests would be a similar format to the midterms, therefore some questions would be like the textbook problems.

Re: Textbook Questions on the Final
I noticed many questions on previous exams we have taken that were straight out of the text book with different values/ variable. So yes the text book is a great tool to get familiar with the questions likely to be on the final.
