How do you rearrange the de Broglie equation so that we find the velocity (speed)? Is it just u (velocity) = h/m*lambda ?

Yes, you are right.

Since debroglie equation is just wavelength = h/p and p = mv then we can just re arrange it like λ = h/mv -> mv = h/λ -> v = h/λm.

So basically what you posted: v = h/λm
