Do neutrons act like electrons when they pass through a crystal? Meaning do they diffract and do they have wavelike properties?

Neutrons do diffract when passing through a crystal and exhibit wave-like properties it just depends on the mass of the neutron.

In fact, all matter has wavelike properties. However, only those with small mass and high velocity have wavelike properties that could be detected. For everyday objects such as baseballs, it is difficult to detect the wavelike properties.

Because Neutrons behave like a wave can we use the equation E = mc^2 to find the energy of the neutron if we know the mass of the neutron?
