#9 on practice test

For #9 on practice quiz fall 2014, is there a reason why the answer in the course book only has one significant figure? Also does anyone have any good ways to remember all the equations for the quiz this week? thank you! :)

Honestly it should be two sig figs but I'm pretty sure the they were just trying to save ink. Also, we should be given constants and formulas.

I also thought that it should be three sig figs, since the lowest given values are 0.155 (which has 3 sig figs) and 85.0 (which also has 3 sig figs). Because this is a problem involving multiplication and division, you would use 3 sig figs, but I think that they just gave a general answer at the end of the quiz.
