You need to give me more information for me to answer this. Based on your question, it seems to be a de Broglie wavelength problem.

Given the wavelength, this might be a De Broglie problem. Since Lambda-max = h/(mass x velocity), you should convert Lambda into meters and you are probably given a mass. The Planck's constant is h. Then just plug all the values in and solve for velocity.

I'm pretty sure that the only way to calculate it would be if the mass of the object with that wavelength is given because otherwise with the DeBroglie equation there would be two unknown variables.

typically you would use the debroglie equation. You would have wavelength = h over m times v. you would switch v and wavelength and solve for v.

To find velocity you can just use the equation that wavelength equals planks constant over mass times velocity. You should know the mass of the object such as an electron which will be given.
