### Mass of electrons

For some of the homework problems (1.37 in the 6th edition), it implied that we should already know the mass of an electron, proton, and/or neutron. Is this something I should memorize or will it be given to us?

I think it will be given.

It will be given, but it's always helpful to know the mass of an electron is 9.11*10^-31 off the top of your head! It could save some time during tests so you wouldn't have to search for it!

I believe they will be given on the tests, midterm, and final!
