Hello! I just wanted to ask for question 4c, if you can explain more in-depth as to why Na+ has the most ionic character and what determines ionic character when it comes to cations.

Hi, I'm confused about question 1d and 2d. Why is PO4 3- nonpolar? Also wouldn't this molecule have ion-ion intermolecular forces? Or can that only occur between molecules of opposite charges?

Po4 3- is nonpolar since the molecule is symmetric all the dipoles will "cross cancel". You are correct, this molecule would experience ion-ion interactions, which are electrostatic interactions between oppositely charged ions.
