In question 25 why in the answer key does it say that h = 1.05 * 10^-34 in stead of the regular 6.626 * 10 ^-34?

This may be because the book is referring a reduced version of Planck's constant at the value of 1.054 *10^-34. The reduced version comes from dividing the Planck's constant (6.626 * 10^-34) by 2 pi.
