Reasonable Model

If the velocity in the Heisenberg's equation is slower than the speed of light, then it is a reasonable model? And if it is more than the speed of light, then it is an unrealistic model?

Yes, it does not make sense/is not a reasonable model when the speed of the electron is faster than the speed of light.

Unless the object of interest is a photon, then said object's velocity should be slower than the speed of light. Any velocity that exceeds the speed of light would be unreasonable.
