Heisenberg's Indeterminacy Equation

Can someone explain to me where 4pi comes from in the heisenberg indeterminacy equation?

It is an experimentally determined constant.

Dr. Lavelle said in lecture that the 4pi comes from the derivation of the equation and that it is not specifically important that we know how to find it/why it is there for this class.
