Delta X is uncertainty in position (in meters, usually the diameter value of the atom) and Delta P is uncertainty in momentum. Delta P= m x DeltaV, so you can further solve for the uncertainty in velocity.

Delta X is the uncertainty in the position, while Delta P represents the uncertainty in momentum.

Delta p is uncertain momentum and delta x is uncertain position. Delta p also means delta velocity multiplied by the constant mass.
