Do electrons everr collide with one another since ones occupying the same orbital are spin paired .??

More of a conceptual physics question, but electrons don't collide. Placing electrons in orbitals is a way of classifying energy levels, not there positions in space.

you also have to think about the fact that electrons have the same charge and we know that alike charges repel and it would be very hard to get electrons to collide.
