Problem 1D.9

Postby Daniel_Frees_1L » Thu Oct 18, 2018 9:47 pm

Problem 1D.9 seems to touch on a lot of specific and weird aspects of orbitals we didn't cover in class. Will we need to know these things for the test? If so, is there another resource aside from the book that might make them easier to understand?

Understanding orbitals can be confusing, and if you don't have a solution manual getting to the correct answer is tough. I believe we will need to know these aspects orbitals, and a source that has helped me are orbital videos on Khan Academy because they show it visually which I find helpful.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe if he doesn't cover it in class or his video modules, then we don't need to know it.

Hello! My TA said that if material is not covered in class, we will not be held accountable for it and it is not on the test.
