ml alue (i.e., ...-1,0,1,....)

How do you determine the ml value from l and n value? What's the rule for it?

Once you've determined the l value, you can determine the possible ml values. The values ml can have are -l, -l+1, ..., 0, ..., l-1, l.
In simpler terms, the possible values of ml are the whole number values between -l and l.
For example, if l=2, ml can be -2, -1, 0, 1, 2.

the l value is determined by the n value, and ml is determined by l. ml can be any whole number from -l to +l; for example, if l=1, then ml can be -1, 0, and +1
