l can be any value that satisfies n-1. Thus, if n=12, l could have any value between 0 and 11.

And ml can be any number between -l and l, so it's range would depend on the value of l, but if l=11, than ml can be anything btwn -11 and 11.

The quantum number (l) can be any whole number, positive value from 0 to n-1. So if n=12, as it does in this case, l can equal any number from 0-11.
l= 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11
l= 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11
