Finding quantum numbers

Can someone explain how to find the quantum numbers? I am unsure how to find the remaining three I already know for n I just have to find the shell number the rest are more confusing.

There's the principle quantum number (shell) which simply goes by n=1, 2, 3... and is the average e- distance from the nucleus.
Then, there's the angular quantum number (subshell) represented by l, which ranges from 0 to (n-1). This determines the e- orbital shape.
l=0 is the s subshell
l=1 is the p subshell
l=2 is the d subshell
l=3 is the f subshell
Third is the magnetic quantum number (orbital) represented by m sub l, which ranges from -l to +l. This determines the orientation of an electron's orbital.
s has 1 orbital
p has 3 orbitals
d has 5 orbitals
f has 7 orbitals
Lastly, there's the spin quantum number represented by m sub s, and is independent of all other quantum numbers. It's either +1/2 or -1/2.
Each orbital contains up to two electrons.

Everything said in the previous reply is true except the magnetic quantum number actually has different ranges for each value of the principle quantum number.
n=0 - ml=0
n=1 - ml=-1,0,1
n=2 - ml=-2,-1,0,1,2
n=3 - ml=-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3
