test 3

What exactly will test 3 cover? Which equations are the most relevant? There are some in the book we have ignored in class, thanks!

Test 3 will cover chapters 1.5- the end of chapter 2. Uncertainty, schrodinger's eq, electron configuration, lewis structures will all be on the test.

Lavelle posted an announcement on his website for the content on test 3 -- just 1.6 and all of chapter 2. It's also helpful to look at the outlines on his website which give you homework problems that match the concepts we need to know for the test.
