Which rule does this configuration violate? Is it Hund''s rule?

This is a violation of Hund’s rule.

Thank you! I had the impression it was Hund's rule but I never saw this type of violation where an electron was in the opposite spin state.

Yes, in this case, the first three electrons should all be indicated with an upwards arrow. This is not the case.

Could someone please explain Hund's rule? Does it just mean that the electrons need to have a positive spin before the negative spins fill the orbital? Thank you!

Hund's rule states that every orbital in the shell will first be filled singly with electrons. The electrons that singly fill each orbital will have the same spin. The spin of the electron is denoted by the direction of the half arrow. In the case of the first two orbitals, the half arrow is pointing up representing positive spin. In the last orbital, the half arrow is pointing down, representing a negative spin. So even though the electrons filled to orbitals singly, this example is still a violation of Hund's rule because the electrons do not have the same spin.

This is a violation because electrons will always fill each slot in parallel spin before more electrons are paired with opposite spin. It takes less energy to maintain 3 electrons spinning in the same direction.
