Can anyone explain #59 from Chapter 2? Aren't the ions isoelectronic?

They are isoelectronic, but being isoelectronic only means that they have the same amount of electrons, but they still have different properties. Because they have the same number of electrons and Cl- has more protons, the radius for Cl- is the smallest because there are more positive energy attracting the same number of electrons. Thus, Cl-<S2-<P3-
