Accuracy and Precision in Experiments
Is accuracy or precision more important in taking measurements during lab experiments?

Re: Accuracy and Precision in Experiments
Honestly, I think that both are pretty important, I do not think that there is one that is more important than the other because if you are doing an experiment, you are usually going for both accuracy and precision. However, if it came down to it, I think that labs are more for accuracy.

In general you would want it to be accuracy. But precision is still very important, because if you have accuracy and no precision that means some of the results are less accurate and you still won't get a good idea of the correct result.

I think accuracy is more important, but they're both important.
