A lamp rated at 32 W emits violet light of wavelength 420 nm. How many photons of violet light can the lamp generate in 2.0 s? How many moles of photons are emitted in that time interval?

Find the energy from the lamp by multiplying 32*2=64. Then you can calculate the energy because wavelength is given by using E=hc/wavelength. Divide 64 by what you get to get the number of photons.
