What makes a certain speed of an electron reasonable? Do we look if the speed of an electron is lower than the speed of light? thank you.

I think it's reasonable as long as it's lower than the speed of light

When you are adding energy to an electron, you will notice it going faster and faster, but, as it gets closer to the speed of light, you will find that it requires a much higher input of energy to make it a bit faster. Therefore, it would be reasonable if the speed is lower than the speed of light, as that is considered the ultimate speed limit.

Typically, less than the speed of light.
