In the 1900's a man named Edwin Hill came up with a system of writing chemical formulas that is still used widely today. His system states that carbon atoms are listed first, hydrogen atoms next and then the number of all other elements in alphabetical order. What specific formulas will we have to have memorized? Problem #25 requires you to give the chemical formula, but some (including in other problems) would only be known from memorization.
