Trend of Ionic Radii

What is the trend of the size of ionic radii down the groups and across the periods? Thank you!!

The ionic radii size increases down a group and decreases across a period!

The radius increases you go down a group(column) and the radius decreases as you go from left to right of a period.

Ionic radii increase in size down a group (column) since more shells means that valence electrons are further away from the nucleus and decrease across a period (row) since atoms' increased nuclear charge means that they will pull their electrons in more closely (shell contraction).

ionic radius, atomic radius, and covalent radius all follow the same trends, increases down a group and decreases across a period, being greatest in the bottom right corner of the periodic table

It decreases across a period (left to right) and increases down a group (top to bottom).
