I have been doing all of the assigned homework problems instead of just 5 to get a lot of practice with different types of problems that could potentially be on the midterm. Going to step-up sessions and workshops are also very helpful. Hope this was helpful and good luck studying!

Like the other reply said, I’ve been doing the homework problems. I’ve also been watching and doing the assessments for the modules on Lavelle’s website. If you have any questions, it’s always a good idea to talk to your TA. Hope this helps!

I think homework questions would be the most efficient way to study because practicing the same types of questions as the exam will have will be a good way to prepare!

PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE...
And go to the review sections...

I would look thoroughly through the topics discussed in the syllabus and try to do a problem pertaining to each one. Bring up questions you have with your TA and spread the studying out over several days.

Attending review sessions would help you along with solving practice problems. Dr. Lavelle mentioned that he will arrange many review sessions, so you would be able to attend the one that is convenient for you!

A lot of the workshops offer worksheets and extra practice with certain topics. If you need help with a certain section, I would also try going to the step-ups. There are review sessions just for the midterm as well so I would definitely recommend attending these.
