polarity of shapes

If the shape of a molecule is square planar with two lone pairs, what are the bond angles? Do the lone pairs affect the bond angle ? Would it have the bond angle of an octahedron since it has 6 areas of electron density?

I believe it would have the bond angles very similar or identical to an octahedron because the lone pairs are located above and below the plane in which the other four atoms are found.

The bond angle would be less than the bond angles in a octahedral. The long pairs do affect the bond angle since they cause repulsion.

Square planar always has two lone pairs and has bond angles of 90 degrees.

since it is square planar, the bond angles are 90 degrees
