hey guys! does anyone know if Matthew has answer keys for his workshop problems? if so, does anyone know if they're posted here, or if I should email him? if I do need to email him, if someone could let me know what his email is, I would really appreciate it.

Matthew doesn't post his answer key anywhere, he only gives out answers in the UA sessions. I'm not sure if you email him, he'll send you an answer key (as many UAs deal with past exam questions, they don't want those circulating). Regardless I found his email for you: mtran060@g.ucla.edu. It is on the Chemistry Website under "About your UAs". If you have any questions about the Workshop, I'm sure you could post it and have someone double-check your work.
