If there is a triple bond how many pi and sigma bonds are there?

A triple bond has 1 sigma and 2 pi bonds.

One triple bond should contain one sigma bond and two pi bonds.

one sigma and two pi bonds

a single has just one sigma

a double has one sigma and one pi

it has one sigma and two pi bonds but it has the same electron density as a single or triple bond, I think.

A double bond has 1 sigma bond and 1 pi bond
A single bond is made up of only one sigma bond

One sigma, two pi. First bonds are always sigma, and any additional bonds are pi bonds.

A triple bond means that there are 2 pi bonds and 1 sigma bond.

I'm confused. What are pi and sigma bonds? Were they discussed in lecture because I don't remember about it.

A single bond is made up of only one sigma pond.
A double bond is made up 1 sigma bond and 1 pi bond.
A triple bond is made up of 1 sigma bond and 2 pi bonds.

In the case of a triple bond, there should be a single sigma bond and two pi bonds.
