Lewis structure variations (CH2Cl2)

For Lewis structures of atoms that have pairs of the same atoms, does it matter how we arrange them in the drawings? It seems like they would naturally arrange opposite of each other because of repulsion between the electrons, but is this always true?

I don't think you do, but I would follow the rule to naturally arrange them across from one another.
