Lewis Structures
Is the best Lewis structure simply the one where formal charge for as many atoms is 0 and if it has to be not 0, it's on the more electronegative element? Are there other criteria to determine the BEST lewis structure for a certain molecule?

The best lewis structure will have as many atoms having a formal charge of 0 as possible and in the case of a negative charge, it should be on the most electronegative atom.
