Lewis Structure of N2O

I am trying to find the lowest energy lewis structure for N2O for number 8c of the practice midterm and I have found 2 different structures but I'm unsure which is lower in energy because they have the same formal charges. One structure has 2 double bonds which gives the outside N a formal charge of -1 and the center N a charge of +1. The other structure still has a charge of +1 on the center atom but instead of the -1 charge being on N it is on O and there is a triple bond between the Nitrogen atoms and a single bond between N and O. Does anyone know which of these structures is lower in energy?

The structure with the -1 formal charge on oxygen would be more stable since oxygen is more electronegative than nitrogen, and the structure is most stable with the negative formal charge on the most electronegative atom.

The structure with oxygen have a -1 charge is the most stable because oxygen is already very electronegative. It is the one with the lowest energy.
