Every molecule exhibits dispersion forces, although to different degrees. The nature of fluctuating electron densities where slight positive and slight negative regions are created occurs in all molecules and is what is responsible for dispersion forces. How polarizable the molecule is, which is determined by number of electrons and size of atoms, will determine the strength of the dispersion forces.
