In a hydrogen bond, H needs to be bonded to F, O, or N and the H needs to be slightly positive to be attracted to the slightly negative F, O, or N. In this molecule, a hydrogen bond could form between each of the hydrogens and an oxygen in a water molecule. As well, a hydrogen bond could form between the nitrogens in this molecule and a hydrogen in a water molecule. The oxygen has two lone electron pairs therefore it can form two hydrogen bonds with two hydrogens in water molecules.
