I believe that this means which has more resonance structures . So whichever has more structures that contribute to resonance has the most resonance .

I think it usually refers to the resonance structure that has the lowest formal charge overall or has opposite individual formal charges near one another.

I'm not entirely sure but I believe the question if asking for the resonance structure with the lowest formal charge.

It means that any of the other resonance structures need to have a formal charge similar to the original resonance structure. I believe this is what you're asking.
